Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Temenos Triple’A Plus environment (production, test, and development).
  • Perform configuration, patching, upgrades, and deployments within the TAP platform.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and logs; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal business and IT teams to support portfolio management, advisory, and reporting functionalities.
  • Administer users, roles, permissions, and data security within TAP.
  • Support data integration between TAP and other platforms (e.g., T24, Avaloq, CRM systems, reporting tools).
  • Plan and coordinate release activities for TAP and associated applications across environments.
  • Work with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to schedule, package, and deploy releases.
  • Maintain release documentation, deployment scripts, and rollback plans.
  • Ensure compliance with IT change management policies and audit requirements.
  • Perform release post-implementation reviews and support go-live activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Temenos Triple’A Plus administrator or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of TAP system architecture, application setup, and components.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments, Oracle databases, and TAP scripting/config tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially in change/release management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with job schedulers (e.g., Control-M, Autosys), monitoring tools, and version control (e.g., Git).
