Our client is a healthcare company. They seek a Chief Financial Officer to join their Toms River, NJ office.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Work with the executive team to establish long-term financial plans and annual budgets
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, as well as management budgets
Analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve the financial performance
Track budget variances, identifying areas of concern, and recommending corrective actions
Complete financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights
Liaise with key stakeholders across the agency to support strategic decision-making
