What You'll Own
Technology Strategy & Execution
Own architecture across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI systems
Define and deliver scalable, secure, performant foundations for 10x growth
Make critical technical decisions with clear tradeoff analysis
AI Productization
Transform our vertical AI vision into intuitive, high-impact user experiences
Operationalize LLMs and data pipelines for speed, accuracy, and insight
Translate research capabilities into differentiated product features that feel magical and durable
Team Leadership & Culture
Build, lead, and retain high-caliber engineers who love their work
Coach and mentor engineers at all levels while modeling technical excellence

What You Bring
3-5+ years as an engineering manager with full-stack responsibility
Track record delivering user-facing products (AI/ML experience is a plus)
Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams
Strong technical judgment and project management skills
Proven ability to balance technical excellence with shipping velocity
Nice-to-Have
Hands-on experience with LLM integration or model lifecycle management
Familiarity with modern observability, DevOps, and secure infrastructure
Experience working with customers, sales, or support teams
