The Development Division specializes in luxury pre-construction sales and marketing, representing some of Florida’s most iconic developments. They are hiring a Director of Sales to lead sales at one or several new developments, reporting to the EVP of New Development Sales.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring sales and market trends
- Developing strategic sales plans
- Leading and managing sales teams
- Overseeing sales processes from prospecting to closing
- Collaborating with marketing and other departments
- Representing the company at industry events
Requirements:
- Strong real estate industry experience, preferably in new development or new home sales
- Active Florida Real Estate license
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
