About the Company:

This organization is a privately held acquirer and manager of rooftop, tower, and other telecommunications infrastructure assets across urban, suburban, and rural areas in the United States. Backed by a major digital infrastructure investment firm, the company operates with a long-term, strategic approach focused on asset acquisition, leasing, and management. Their streamlined, efficient process sets them apart in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all legal matters related to the company’s telecommunications infrastructure and leasing operations.
• Manage legal aspects of site rights acquisitions, including diligence, contract negotiation, and closings.
• Lead legal review throughout the transaction lifecycle—from LOI execution through to closing and asset handoff.
• Negotiate transaction agreements and provide legal advice on deal terms.
• Ensure all legal approvals and documentation are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' legal experience, ideally in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Licensed to practice law in New York, or eligible and willing to register as Authorized In-House Counsel in New York.
• Demonstrated experience with telecommunications-related real estate contracts.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align legal guidance with commercial strategy.
• Comfortable handling multiple, high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment.
