You’ll join a high-caliber team of engineers, ML researchers, and product thinkers at the intersection of LLMs, developer tooling, and thoughtful product design. With over $250M in funding and revenue forecasted to scale from $1M to $50M this year, the company is growing fast and hiring hands-on Tech Leads to help shape its next chapter.

As a Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and launching AI-native features that directly boost developer productivity. You’ll be expected to create clarity in messy problem spaces, lead complex projects, and work closely with cross-functional partners to turn user needs into elegant, working software. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by building, not just planning. You’ll be experimenting with foundation models, tuning model responses to create moments of delight, and crafting product flows that feel seamless and intuitive for real developers.

The team works in a hybrid setup with three days a week onsite in Palo Alto. It’s a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with real upside and room to grow.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 base, with strong equity and full benefits. Relocation and sponsorship are available if needed.
