Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Plaintiff Associate for an innovative and fast-scaling legal technology organization. This is a remote position available to candidates across the United States.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a litigation professional who thrives at the intersection of law, technology, and strategy. Our client is a forward-thinking legal organization leveraging cutting-edge tools to uncover and develop high-impact litigation opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping legal strategies, building external partnerships, and influencing product development.

- Provide high-level analysis of mass tort and class action case viability
- Translate legal insights and market intelligence into product strategy for internal tools
- Conduct in-depth research into liability frameworks, damages, and litigation tactics
- Audit internal case assessments and contribute to continual refinement of decision systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve legal technology platforms and services
- Licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Demonstrated success in mass consumer liability litigation, with exposure to both tort and class actions
- Strong relationships or rapport with key decision-makers at litigation firms
- Ability to distill complex legal issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-legal teams
- Experience applying strategic thinking to legal business development or product design
This role offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $250,000.
