Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join the firm's dynamic team in San Francisco. This position is ideal for someone with a strong litigation background and is ready to work with some of the highest profile clients.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of solid litigation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player skills with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and the flexibility to engage and collaborate across the firm’s capabilities and practice areas
  • Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions that meet client and team needs
  • Federal/State Clerkship is a added bonus
  • California Bar membership in good standing
