  • Estimate probable construction costs and monitor design schedules and budgets

  • Assist in developing communication strategies to ensure information flows efficiently across all stakeholders

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 20% travel for industry conferences, client meetings, or visits to other office locations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (or U.S. equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

  • PE or SE license required

  • 2+ years of professional experience performing structural design work for building-related projects

  • Experience with BIM for structural modeling, coordination, and detailing

  • Familiarity with SAP2000, RAM Structural System, Quick Masonry, S-Concrete, and WoodWorks

  • Working knowledge of building codes and material-specific design standards

  • Experience coordinating project details and adhering to QA/QC plans

  • Hands-on experience conducting construction site observations and reporting
