nWe are seeking an On-Call Front Desk Representative to deliver outstanding customer service at our front desk, creating a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere for our community.
nn**Shift Availability:** flexibility to cover all three shifts: - Must be willing to learn and cover all three shifts as needed:
nn**Cary Location:** - Shifts: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM - Pay Rate: $17/hour

nnWhat will I do every day?
n- n
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community n
- Assist residents with requests as needed n
- Answer incoming calls n
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area n
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel n
What will I need to be successful in this role?

- Bring a smile to work every day n
- Have excellent customer service skills n
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience n
- High school diploma or GED preferred n
- Senior Living experience a plus n
- Hotel experience a plus n
