Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment , including:
Cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens)
Refrigeration systems (coolers, freezers)
Dishwashing and specialty foodservice systems
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
Work directly with restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens
Use service documentation and maintain accurate inventory
Follow safety protocols and promote service offerings
Minimum:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year experience in:
Commercial appliance repair
HVAC or refrigeration
Military technical service
Valid driver's license with clean record
Able to work on-call (nights/weekends) and travel occasionally
Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces
Preferred:
EPA certification, CFESA credentials, or similar licenses
Experience servicing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
