Cote’s Kitchen is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of home style breakfast and lunch dishes for our restaurant guest to enjoy from 7-1 daily. We are a very fast paced team oriented restaurant that is located in the heart of Upton, MA. We are looking for future employees who are hardworking, reliable, and have a positive attitude. Requirements:

n

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook or Short Order Cook

n

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

n

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

n

Accuracy and speed in executing the orders

n

Familiar with industry’s best practices

n

Responsibilities:

n

Setting up and stocking station with all necessary supplies

n

Preparing Food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

n

Cooking menu items to receipts in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

n

Nice to have:

n

Serve Safe or Food Handler’s certificate
