Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the Sales & administrative  Department while providing basic information when needed
n
• Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.

• Computer.Excel and light administrative work
n
• Ensure prospects are engaged with promptly
n

• PRIOR RECEPTION EXPERIENCE

Hours

n
• Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday Off
n
