nAt St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.
nThis customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering the St. Luke's Fruitland Hospital. This important role supportsexceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).
nShift details: Flex position with various hours and shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
nWhat does Flex mean?
nFlex employees work between 8 to 32 hours per pay period (every two weeks). Hours/schedules are typically made in advance according to the employees availability and the needs of the department. The shifts and the hours will vary from week to week. The ideal candidate has open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You have to be available to train full time for the first 4 to 6 weeks. After that your schedule can vary from 8 to 40 hours per week.

Discussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates
