nAs a Manager within Corporate Development, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Supporting all aspects of mergers & acquisitions across the enterprise with a focus on corporate portfolio management projects focused on value creation and growth

Assist in developing a robust pipeline of acquisition and divestment opportunities
n n - n
Support deal execution including all aspects of due diligence, financial modeling and valuation
n n - n
Collaborate with internal functions and business teams before, during and after M&A processes
n n - n
Prepare M&A related presentations for the Board of Directors, Executives and other business leaders
n n
Your Skills and Expertise
nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
n- n

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
n n - n
Three (3) years of mergers & acquisitions experience within corporate development, investment banking or other project management related setting in a private, public, government or military environment
n n
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- n
Six to eight (6 - 8) years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking or corporate development roles
n n - n
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of data and information into executive-level reports and documents for Board of Directors, executive groups, and other senior leaders

Experience managing multiple, competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
n n - n
Comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines
n n - n
Proven ability to understand, design and translate business requirements into actionable solutions with emphasis on execution and results
n n - n
Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel capabilities

nApplicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 - $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
