Fargo Country Club
Fargo Country Club is seeking a talented and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team, specializing in the grill station. This full-time position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent food to our members and guests in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute all grilled items to standard specifications, including sauces, steaks, chops, seafood, and vegetables.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station during prep, service, and breakdown.
- Ensure food is prepared to club standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating product.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling, labeling, and storage.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management to ensure smooth service.
- 1-2 years grill experience in a professional kitchen setting required (country club, hotel, or high-volume restaurant preferred).
- Solid knowledge of cooking temperatures, meat doneness, and grill equipment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
- Tuesday - Saturday schedule
- 2:00 PM - 9:15 PM shift
- Hourly wage: $20-$21.50/hour, based on experience
