Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and execute various infrastructure initiatives, including data center upgrades, network enhancements, cloud integration, and merger & acquisition (M&A) integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation (charters, timelines, risk logs, etc.).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with teams including infrastructure, security, networking, and applications.
- Monitor project status, manage risks, and communicate changes effectively.
- Deliver regular updates to stakeholders, executives, and technical teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement related to project delivery.
- Ensure all implementations are compliant with organizational standards and IT governance.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure components: servers, networks, AD, storage, virtualization, and cloud.
- Experience leading M&A-related projects is a plus.
- Skilled in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
