What Youll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions using the Palantir Foundry platform . In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams-including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders-to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data ecosystems that drive mission-critical insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end data solutions using Palantir Foundry, including ontology modeling, pipeline development, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data models and applications.
- Lead the integration of diverse data sources (structured and unstructured) into Foundry, ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and application deployment within the Palantir ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and engineers working on Palantir projects.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure data privacy, access control , and regulatory compliance.
- Stay current with Palantir platform updates and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution design and performance.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry, including ontology design, code repositories, and pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes , and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL ,
- Experience with data governance, security models , and access control in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Palantir Foundry certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, healthcare, or government sectors .
- Familiarity with DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration within Palantir workflows.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field. OR experience
