Job Details

  • Bartender will work in conjunction with Floor Managers, and provide assistance to maintaining the cocktail and liquor program 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a New York City bartender
  • Passionate interest in classic cocktails
  • Excellent bar and dining operations and knowledge, including steps of service
  • Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks
  • Food and Beverage Pairing Knowledge including wine
  • Clean and stock service stations, polish silverware/glassware as needed 
  • Assist other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management.
  • Assist Beverage Director in managing the day-to-day needs of the beverage program (POS management, glassware, ordering needs, inventory, menu updates, etc.).

Requirements: 

Qualified Bartenders must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a great attitude, as well as:

  • Clean-shaven and well-groomed appearance required
  • At least 3 years of experience and full weekend availability
  • Possess exceptional floor presence.
  • Must be able to demonstrate an extensive depth of knowledge on cocktails, liquor, and wine
  • Skilled in impeccable service and sharing knowledge with guests and service staff
  • Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant
