We are seeking a visionary Systems Engineer to conduct research, design complex systems, develop models, simulate performance, and test defense products throughout their lifecycle. The role involves managing sophisticated architectures from concept through detailed design and testing using advanced tools, ensuring technical excellence and mission success. What we offer: Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling Collaborative and talented colleagues Leadership and professional development training SNC Mentorship Program Education reimbursement 7 federal holidays plus a winter holiday shutdown Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field with 14+ years of experience Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices Experience with multi-disciplinary teams Expertise in requirements management, system design, integration, risk management, and V&V principles Proficiency with tools like JAMA, DOORs, Cameo Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance Knowledge of industry-standard system engineering practices, including MBSE INCOSE certification (ASEP/CSEP) Experience in aerospace and defense industries Leadership in complex development projects Understanding of TPMs and MIL-STD-810 Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence) This position is open for at least 5 days and may be extended.
