Network Administrator
to support a Federal program. You will coordinate with NOC and operational staff to manage network support tasks including scheduling adds, moves, changes, upgrades, and installs for routers and switches. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, technical resolution reporting, and supporting network projects. This is an
onsite position in Washington DC . Responsibilities:
Install and upgrade switches and routers. Conduct network site surveys and support engineering data calls. Apply system and IAVA patches to network devices. Draft SOPs for network operations. Perform minor network changes (VLAN, ACL, port assignments). Upgrade IOS and software. Troubleshoot network failures and accessibility issues. Support new network implementations and refresh projects. Work independently, especially in remote locations, with problem-solving and technical ingenuity. Resolve network tickets, including categorization, provisioning, error research, incident analysis, and root cause analysis. Manage monitoring systems to ensure system performance. Travel to other sites as needed, up to 50% CONUS travel. Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly. IAT Level II certification (Active). Travel up to 50% within CONUS. Education and experience as follows: High School/GED + 9 years Associates + 7 years Bachelors + 5 years Masters + 3 years Compensation:
