Duties Conduct legal research and draft analytical documents. Engage in trial advocacy and litigation processes. Interface with clients to provide legal guidance. Represent insurance companies in coverage questions and declaratory judgment actions. Defend coverage and bad faith suits across various insurance lines. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in third-party insurance coverage and bad faith. Interest and experience in first-party property and insurance fraud investigation preferred. Strong analytical writing and trial advocacy skills. Steady and consistent work history preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar. Skills Excellent research and writing abilities. Strong litigation and advocacy skills. Effective client communication and interpersonal skills.
