Job Description:
We are seeking a Private Client Service Senior to handle both compliance and consulting on various projects. Strong technical and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include performing tax research, working with high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, and their businesses on tax matters, and planning and implementing special projects. The Senior Staff oversees compliance for clients' corporate, partnership, and personal income tax returns. This role is viewed as a stepping stone towards partnership, reflecting our growing tax practice.
Responsibilities:
Oversee tax compliance, identify tax planning and consulting opportunities, prepare and review client tax projections and calculations, and supervise staff development.
Manage multiple client engagements efficiently.
Assist in implementing tax planning and savings strategies.
Research and consult on complex tax issues.
Collaborate with partners, managers, and staff to optimize standard procedures and develop practice skills using a team approach.
Manage staff assignments, scheduling, and meet deadlines for clients and government agencies.
Require a BS in Accounting; a Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus.
CPA certification is preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in public accounting or a corporate/public blend.
Experience with high net worth individual tax practice, including work with individuals, trusts, private partnerships, and S-Corporations.
Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills are necessary.
Experience with international tax is advantageous.

The salary range for this role is approximately $62,500 to $141,000 annually, considering various factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. Compensation decisions are made based on individual circumstances and geographic location.
