Oracle HCM Guided Learning and Journeys Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM technical functional consultant/analyst specializing in Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys modules. Join our HR Technology team to deliver innovative solutions, strategic recommendations, and develop new content and features for these modules. Key Responsibilities:
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud Guided Learning (OGL) within the HCM system, ensuring platform stability and performance across environments. Participate in product design sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, configure content, create Base Guides, and test new OGL items. Manage OGL service maintenance, resolving issues, and ensuring best practices in system architecture and design. Support HCM releases by aligning content with new Oracle Cloud features and functionalities. Enhance user adoption and employee experience by providing recommendations and developing solutions for Oracle Guided Learning content. Collaborate with peers to identify improvement opportunities and deliver solutions. Work with Oracle SRs, monitor usage data, and provide training and support to the HR Technology team on Journey and Guided Journey best practices. Troubleshoot issues related to OGL and Journeys, recommending system enhancements. Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance. Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys. Deep understanding of Oracle Guided Learning tools, including content creation and contextual help integration. Proven experience designing and deploying complex Oracle Journeys.
