Owens & Minor Teammate Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, available on first working day 401(k), eligibility after one year of service Employee stock purchase plan Tuition reimbursement Job Summary: This role maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current accounts/patients and provides the ability to ensure patients have the required equipment to support their home healthcare needs. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.66 - $27.70. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Acts as a single point of contact for specific accounts. Responds to customer needs, concerns, and complaints promptly. Consults with clients on products and equipment. Obtains documentation for processing and billing. Follows up post setup and manages transactions. Contacts patients to confirm orders and communicates financial obligations. Assesses patient needs and promotes products/services. Resolves issues proactively and coordinates solutions. Assists with understanding products/services and transition processes. Coordinates services with physicians and medical groups. Develops strategic relationships to enhance patient care. Participates in quality assurance initiatives. Follows up on authorizations and prescriptions. Instructs patients on equipment use as needed. Responds to emergency calls and coordinates discharges. Operates a personal vehicle for work-related duties. Sets up and delivers home healthcare products. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Required Qualifications: High School diploma required At least 2 years of related experience Must be at least 21 years old Ability to build and maintain relationships Valid driver’s license Located within the assigned territory Skills and Abilities: Business acumen, problem solving, communication skills Personal credibility Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and related tools Language Skills: English reading, writing, speaking Physical Demands: Requires manual dexterity, vision, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to operate a vehicle and work in various environments. Work Environment: Mostly low to moderate noise, with outdoor and travel requirements.
