The Position We are seeking two highly qualified Senior Executive Assistants to support senior leaders in the Global Private Investment and Strategy & Asset Allocation groups. One supports a team of investment professionals, and the other supports a single executive. This role provides confidential administrative support, managing calendars, preparing meeting materials, coordinating communications, travel arrangements, and helping executives stay focused and efficient. The position requires decision-making with minimal guidance, adaptability, and a high level of executive support. The role is in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Prepare and organize meeting materials, ensure timely distribution, and assist with virtual meeting logistics. Coordinate and support team meetings and company events, including planning and logistics. Arrange travel and accommodations, manage itineraries, and process expenses. Greet guests and manage visitor access. Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and conduct research as needed. Sort and distribute mail, highlight important information, and curate reading materials. Maintain organizational systems for documents and records in compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat) and records management. Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. Professional discretion in handling confidential information and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate complex environments and respond tactfully to challenging situations. Typically requires an associate's degree (or equivalent) and 6-8 years of relevant administrative experience supporting management-level executives. Investment experience or background is preferred.
