Working cross-functionally with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success, this leader will ensure cybersecurity initiatives are aligned with business goals, client requirements, and compliance obligations. This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Needham, MA headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Security Operations and Service Delivery to guide the execution and optimization of CoreArmor and CoreArmor Complete. Define, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for CoreArmor services, including threat detection efficacy, response time, and compliance metrics. Lead product roadmap development and cross-functional collaboration for MSSP offering —delivering integrated MDR, governance workflows, and GRC automation. Partner with vCISO leaders to align security program guidance with client risk profiles and board-level reporting needs. Oversee critical service delivery components including vulnerability management, penetration testing, dark web surveillance, asset discovery, DDQs, and end-user training. Strengthen governance capabilities through CoreArmor Complete by operationalizing compliance policy enforcement, audit-ready reporting, and regulatory frameworks. Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and client executives on security posture, threat trends, and product fit. Support pre-sales and business development efforts by advising on solution design, security readiness, and regulatory alignment. Represent Coretelligent in vendor evaluations, industry partnerships, and security events to drive innovation and brand credibility. Mentor internal teams across product and operations to cultivate a forward-thinking, security-first culture rooted in consultative service delivery. Collaborate with HR and department heads on hiring strategy, onboarding processes, and organizational development within security-adjacent teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-7 years in cybersecurity leadership, with deep experience in MDR/SOC, SIEM, endpoint protection, GRC, and client-facing program oversight. Active CISSP certification required. Track record of managing or influencing the development and performance of cybersecurity services and product platforms. Proven ability to create and scale KPI-based governance for security programs and managed detection and response solutions. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in regulated sectors such as finance, life sciences, or professional services. Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity tools, threat intelligence, and incident response frameworks. Excellent executive communication skills, with experience presenting to internal stakeholders, client leadership, and external partners. Preferred Skills: GIAC or equivalent industry certifications Background in GRC automation or the development of governance platforms. Familiarity with hybrid co-managed IT environments and integration between internal IT and managed services.
