Job Summary The position is responsible for performing high-volume data entry, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, receiving and directing incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner, performing various Human Resources duties, and providing administrative support to the HR management team. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break Wage:

$41,704 to $45,240 yearly depending on experience Benefits and Perks

Support Xanterra Mission Statement, Core Values, and Culture Pillars Greet internal and external guests and direct them to appropriate staff Answer questions about available jobs, the Company, and its services Process applications in iCIMS system, assisting Talent Acquisition Manager Enter employee information into HRIS accurately and perform heavy data entry daily Coordinate pre-employment appointments with Security Manage electronic onboarding, including communication, paperwork, background checks, drug tests, and compliance Maintain vending machine supplies and track budget Order HR supplies and support administrative tasks as needed Run reports and prepare bonus referral payouts Assist with employee events and functions, providing recommendations and representation Manage employee residency at RV Park and related documentation Create promotional materials for company events Collaborate with HR Manager to improve processes Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid/clear Arizona Driver’s License and compliance with vehicle policy Customer Service experience is a plus Experience with CloudSuite and iCIMS is a plus Knowledge of intranet and HR procedures is a plus Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Physical Requirements
