As a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, you will lead Element Three's analytics function. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver bulletproof client insights while building scalable infrastructure for our growing agency. You'll serve as the central hub for all analytics requests, manage relationships with external data specialists, and establish the processes that position analytics as a competitive differentiator. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled analyst ready to step into a leadership role, comfortable managing vendor relationships while building scalable systems.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Function Leadership & Operations
Own all client analytics requests through centralized intake, triage, and delivery processes
Manage relationships with external analytics contractors and specialized data vendors
Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reporting deliverables and ad hoc requests
Create quality assurance protocols to ensure data accuracy across all client outputs
Develop standardized processes for client onboarding, data integration, and report delivery
Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and a knowledge base for analytics operations
Client Delivery & Strategic Analysis
Produce high-quality monthly reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for client accounts
Provide strategic insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes and growth opportunities
Handle complex analytical requests requiring statistical analysis, attribution modeling, cohort studies, and competitive intelligence
Ensure all client deliverables meet Element Three's standards for accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights
Infrastructure & Technical Systems
Oversee Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementations across client accounts
Support implementation of data integration platforms (Funnel.io, BigQuery, cloud infrastructure)
Maintain multi-client data pipelines, ensuring security, compliance, and data isolation
Establish validation frameworks and automated quality checks to eliminate accuracy issues
Manage vendor relationships for data warehousing and ETL processes
Service Expansion Support
Support the development of analytics offerings as standalone revenue-generating services with defined pricing and scope
Create sales enablement materials and service descriptions for expanded analytics capabilities
Support new business development with competitive analysis, market research, and proof-of-concept projects
Support E3-marketing case studies and thought leadership content that positions Element Three's analytics expertise
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
3-5 years in digital analytics, marketing technology, or business intelligence roles
Proven experience managing complex data integration projects and multi-platform reporting
Background working with agencies, consultancies, or client services environments
Experience collaborating with external vendors and managing technical contractor relationships
Track record of building processes and documentation for team knowledge sharing
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, including custom implementations, debugging, and troubleshooting
Expert-level Google Tag Manager skills with the ability to audit and optimize existing setups
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Experience with data visualization platforms (Looker Studio required, Power BI is a plus)
Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Funnel.io or similar ETL platforms)
Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (BigQuery preferred)
Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations
Experience with consent management, data privacy compliance, and multi-client data security
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences
Experience training team members on analytical tools and best practices
