Assistant Site Coordinator

primarily assists the Site Coordinator and may serve as the program's visionary leader to ensure quality service delivery. This role acts as the main contact for stakeholders at the site level and must align with the Expanded Learning programs purpose and outcomes. The Assistant Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring program compliance with Think Together standards and grant requirements. This position works under the supervision of the Site Coordinator. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the expanded learning program. Supervise program staff, including Afterschool Youth Leaders and Instructors. Participate in hiring processes, staff evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Provide training and ongoing support to staff. Model professionalism and positive behavior. Organize and create program schedules with academic, recreational, and enrichment activities. Plan and assist with program events and field trips. Maintain positive relationships and communication with school personnel, staff, students, and families. Recruit students to meet attendance goals per grant requirements. Support staff in maintaining appropriate student-to-staff ratios and facilitate classes when needed. Enforce policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Assist in staff professional development through observations and coaching. Conduct surveys for program evaluation involving students, staff, and parents. Manage documentation including timesheets, attendance, enrollment, and program reports. Represent Think Togethers mission and adhere to policies. Participate in required training and off-site meetings. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety, staff performance, and program operations. Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines and wear the Think Together uniform on duty. Report injuries and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum six months experience working with youth in educational or afterschool settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Supervisory experience, preferably in an afterschool or school environment. Background Checks/Testing:
