$200.00/hr - $200.00/hr Envision a learning environment where traditional academics are condensed into two focused hours, leaving ample time for eSports strategies, Minecraft civics, and experiential quests that nurture student agency beyond conventional lectures. This innovative model already thrives in Austin, surpassing standard metrics and attracting eager families.
Your mission: Immerse yourself in our flagship campus to understand its success, then craft a data-driven, enrollment-attracting system that parents eagerly seek. Each new city rapidly fills its seats, mirroring the flagship’s educational success. You’ll design, validate, and document every element, crafting a compelling narrative that captivates families, investors, and the media.
This is a pivotal opportunity for someone who has driven at least $1 million in annual revenue at a scaling venture and seeks to revolutionize education for a student demographic they know intimately. Ready to shape the educational future families desire? Apply now.
What You Will Be Doing
Translate the flagship experience into a scalable operating system—complete with curriculum frameworks, staffing plans, technology infrastructure, and launch schedules—all supported by clear performance metrics. Establish quality standards and cultural guidelines; document the practices and traditions that ensure each campus excels while maintaining its unique local character. Conduct swift market pilots; achieve enrollment, retention, and learning targets, then solidify the strategy for a national rollout. Craft the go-to-market story: from demo days and parent meetings to podcasts and investor presentations that turn curiosity into commitments. Utilize GenAI to create marketing materials, automate assessments, and extract insights that accelerate growth without compromising quality.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Building a single campus or pilot—this role is about developing repeatable models and scalable frameworks. Managing curriculum details or overseeing day-to-day academic activities. Duplicating traditional educational models or classroom practices. Engaging in a model you don’t fully support—this position requires a strong belief in our philosophy and mission. Focusing solely on local achievements without a vision for national expansion.
Program Director Key Responsibilities
Develop, verify, and expand a multi-campus school model that replicates flagship-level success, achieves rapid enrollment growth, and maintains strong parent interest across the nation.
Basic Requirements
Experience as a founder or early-stage operator responsible for over $1 million in annual revenue, with a personal or professional connection to our specialized learner community. Proven track record of transforming initial ideas into rapidly expanding ventures, including public advocacy that generates demand. Comprehensive understanding of alternative educational models (eSports leagues, gamified learning, virtual schools). Gifted storyteller adept at engaging audiences on stage, on video, and through written content. Proficient in using GenAI for analysis, design, and enhancing productivity. Data-focused decision-maker who creates systems, prioritizes key metrics, and adapts quickly. Located in the US with the ability to travel to Austin regularly (approximately one week per month). Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
