Senior Business Analyst - IT (Project Management)
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst for our IT Solutions team. This position can work remotely; however, the ideal candidate must be within 2 hours of Neenah, WI office.
Summary
The Senior Business Analyst is a highly experienced professional responsible for leading complex business analysis initiatives across multiple IT projects. This role acts as a strategic partner to the business, identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement. The Senior Business Analyst will define business solutions, mentor junior BAs, and ensure alignment between business strategy and IT solutions. Essential Responsibilities
Lead and manage business analysis efforts for large, complex, or strategic IT initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors, translating complex business needs into technical requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to optimize operations and meet strategic goals. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and strategic planning sessions with senior stakeholders. Develop business cases, including cost-benefit and ROI analysis. Define and manage project scope, requirements, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Create detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Identify and mitigate risks related to requirements and solution design. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation. Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, fostering their professional growth. Contribute to the improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools within the IT organization. Maintain a strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and their integration points. Core Values & Principles

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters preferred. 5-8 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, leading complex projects. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies and tools. Strong influencing and negotiation skills across organizational levels. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in strategic planning and IT roadmaps. Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration. Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are highly desirable. Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
