Serve as a trusted partner to attorneys by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient practice execution Coordinate and maintain complex attorney Outlook calendars and travel logistics Manage billing processes, including prebill preparation, budget monitoring, and liaison with billing and collections Prepare agendas, presentations, correspondence, and confidential documentation Oversee meeting coordination, including logistics, material preparation, and follow-up Interact directly with clients and external contacts on behalf of attorneys Collaborate with the Legal Support Services team to delegate, monitor, and complete administrative and legal support tasks Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with firm policies Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of professional executive administrative experience, ideally supporting partners or executives in a legal or corporate environment Open to individuals withprofessional services experience but must also have billing experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Aderant and Intapp Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with lawyers, clients, and business professionals Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive, dependable attitude Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Benefits:
