You will review patient records to ensure that information is accurate and that records and documents accurately reflect the conditions and treatment requirements of each patient.ResponsibilitiesReview patient records to ensure that information is accurateSubmit Review Visit Logs (RVLs) to the supervisorAdhere to the operational guidelines for color coding of patients. Respond to HR, operational, and clinical correspondencesSubmit clinical corrections to the supervisorAttend all operational and educational pod meetings as scheduled by the pod leader and submit the post-educational survey following these meetings.
