As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in an essential industry! Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls to conduct consultations that identify the needs of prospective clients.
Educating customers about our insurance products and services while identifying opportunities for additional product sales.

Qualifications for success as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative:
At least six months of experience in a service or sales role.
Adequate ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Effectiveness in multitasking and managing time effectively.
A minimum of six months of work-from-home experience.
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency.
