Position Overview:
Enjoy an average weekly salary of $1,700-$1,800 post-training, with potential earnings exceeding $3,000 per week!
Work a 4-day week (Sunday-Saturday, rotating schedule). Dispatch times are between 8 PM - 2 AM, and end times may vary. This position involves team routes.
Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply).

Job Purpose: As a key player in our food supply chain, our delivery drivers ensure that products reach their destinations securely and timely, representing our company and building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers, vendors, and colleagues professionally, ensuring accurate and prompt responses to inquiries.
Collaboration is essential; function effectively as a team member within the organization and complete necessary tasks to serve the company well.
Conduct safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspect all vehicles (tractor/truck and trailer) to meet DOT regulations and company standards.
Promptly report safety issues and maintenance requirements.
Adhere to all DOT regulations and follow safe driving guidelines and company policies.
Check the trailer for securely loaded freight and complete accurate paperwork for freight.
Deliver customer orders as per scheduled routes, unloading products into designated storage areas.
Perform damage control checks, scan items, and communicate with supervisors regarding quality issues according to company protocols.
Verify delivery completion with customers and collect payments when necessary.
Keep equipment secured and report any damaged goods or customer returns as required.
Maintain accurate daily logs in compliance with Federal DOT, state regulations, and company requirements.
Ensure a clean working environment by performing general housekeeping in trailers and loading dock areas.
Complete all essential paperwork and secure equipment at the end of your shift.
Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications: 6-12+ months of commercial driving experience. High school diploma/GED or state-approved equivalent. Valid CDL A license. Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements, when applicable. Must be at least 21 years old. Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the last 3 years. Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check. Pass a road test. Hold a valid DOT Health Card or be able to obtain one. Able to hand-lift and use equipment to move products weighing between 10-35 pounds, and in some cases up to 90 pounds.
