Job Description
Develop, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for underground utility installations Coordinate models across all trades, perform clash detection, and facilitate resolution Implement and uphold company BIM standards, templates, and project-specific execution plans Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams through regular BIM coordination meetings Deliver as-built models and close-out documentation Extract data from models for quantity take-offs, scheduling, and estimating Provide technical support and software training to internal teams Conduct regular quality control checks and troubleshoot model issues Recommend improvements to tools and workflows based on BIM best practices MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Proficiency in
Revit
(required); experience with
BIM 360 ,
Bluebeam , or similar tools is a plus 3+ years of experience in a BIM coordination or modeling role, preferably in civil or utility infrastructure Strong understanding of BIM execution plans, construction workflows, and model coordination Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of BIM-related initiatives Passion for process improvement and technology integration What's on Offer
