JD

top-tier law school
with an

in
California , in good standing.
25 years
of substantive experience handling
post-grant and IPR proceedings
before the
Patent Trial and Appeal Board
(PTAB).
Undergraduate degree
in
computer science ,
electrical engineering ,
mathematics , or
physics
is
strongly preferred (link removed)> Other technical degrees will be considered based on relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience
analyzing technical documentation and developing litigation strategy
for complex IP matters.
Admission to or eligibility for the
U.S. Patent Bar
is
required (link removed)> Strong writing, oral advocacy, and research skills, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Represent leading technology and life sciences clients in
post-grant and inter partes review proceedings
before the
PTAB (link removed)> Collaborate with seasoned PTAB litigators on complex intellectual property disputes involving cutting-edge technologies.
Conduct in-depth
legal research and technical analysis
to support case strategy and expert preparation.
Draft briefs ,
manage discovery , and participate in
hearings
before administrative and judicial bodies.
Provide strategic counseling on
patent validity ,
infringement risks , and

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary :
$235,000
$365,000 , commensurate with experience and class year.
Discretionary merit
