$31.61 - $47.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: This important role oversees the vibrant Chaplain Residency program and engages in student activities within the Clinical Pastoral Education Center at University of Colorado Hospital. Join a dynamic team that includes six to seven residents and additional extended students in a collaborative learning environment, enhanced by two clinical educator candidates. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, evaluate, mentor, and educate CPE students. Coordinate and supervise daily assignments while providing essential training and coaching. Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions, ensuring quality service delivery and facilitating student performance development. Maintain ACPE Accreditation for the CPE center by overseeing all CPE-related records, reports, and policies. Design and execute Level I, Level II, and Certified Educator Clinical Pastoral Education programs in line with ACPE Standards and the hospital's mission and goals. Requirements: Master of Divinity is required. Must be ordained or a member of a religious vocation with denominational endorsement. Certified as a Certified Educator or Associate Certified Educator by ACPE. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. We improve lives.
