If you are passionate about music and have a knack for sales, we invite you to become part of our dynamic team! Your role will be crucial in achieving personal sales goals while supporting our store's objectives. You'll provide exceptional customer service and embrace additional responsibilities that come with a senior position in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales to consistently exceed individual performance targets.
Champion our Music & Arts lesson program to help others discover their musical talents.
Build business relationships through networking with educators, community organizations, and places of worship.
Foster strong customer relationships by delivering engaging sales presentations rooted in our training.
Provide an outstanding customer experience for every individual who walks through our doors.
Encourage customer loyalty by understanding their needs and preferences.
Contribute to all aspects of the store, including merchandising, displays, and maintaining an inviting environment.
Help maintain store security protocols, including managing keys and security codes.
Complete additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory is essential.
