Providing top-notch customer service and engaging with the community are essential to our success. Key Responsibilities: Consistently generate sales to surpass individual sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs to customers. Build strong business relationships through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Deliver compelling sales presentations leveraging your training and knowledge. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance every customer's experience. Encourage customer loyalty through positive interactions. Contribute to store operations including merchandising, displays, and overall maintenance. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and musical notation is essential.
