Pay: $24-$25 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm *Position does require working at multiple work sites. Role Purpose
Monitor, inspect, and make necessary repairs or installations to assist and develop a safe, efficient, and effective maintenance program including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Construction. Track, relocate, and record the program's equipment, property, and supplies as required by the department. Complete other duties as assigned to meet or exceed daily operational needs including 24/7 emergency services.
Job Description:
Perform maintenance, repairs and support functions related to a variety of trades (i.e.,electrical, lighting, grounds, galley repair, HVAC, carpentry, and painting) Completes a variety of tasks which includes re-lamping, plumbing installation & repair,replacement of restroom stalls, partitions & related hardware, cleaning drains, general mechanical repairs, general cleaning primarily at work locations, mechanical & shop spaces, transport & sets up furniture, signage, fixtures, parts and other items as needed. Works with and/or trains under the Facilities Director in the performance of daily job assignments as assigned. Familiarity with project management technology preferred. Access other system problems, repair if possible or report further contractor assistance needed to supervisor. Perform inspections, monitor, and open/close the building as assigned. Assist in the 24/7 emergency on-call rotation. Ensure that location premises are safe, secure and clean. Valid Driver’s License
