Job Details
* 4+ years of General Contractor Experience * Experience with new construction and site work as well as TI projects * Experience overseeing projects ranging from $5M to $30M * Local Sub contractor relations are a plus * Ability to effectively manage a project schedule and budget * Procore experience is a plus
