Key Responsibilities
Maintain, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD infrastructure
Automate operational tasks with PowerShell
Collaborate on upgrades, patches, and service continuity
Maintain IT documentation and resolve Tier 2/3 system issues
Must-Have Skills
Microsoft Exchange (on-prem/cloud)
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
Azure Active Directory
PowerShell scripting
Server troubleshooting
Hybrid work eligibility in Phoenix, AZ
Skills
VMware Horizon or Citrix VDI
Microsoft 365 suite experience
IT certifications (MCSE, MCSA, Azure, A+, Network+)
