We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Technician Specialist to enhance our protein and salt business, delivering high-quality food products to diverse customers. As part of our team, you will enjoy a full-time position in Schuyler, NE, working the second shift. We offer competitive compensation at $35.00/hr and a comprehensive benefits package. Oversee electronics and electromechanical areas, particularly the ASRS system. Develop preventative maintenance procedures and manage parts inventory. Promote a strong safety culture through training and observations. Act as a liaison for contractors and projects. Update and maintain PLC and HMI programs as needed. Ensure compliance with measuring devices standards. Manage department budget effectively. Qualifications: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Basic knowledge of Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers. Competency in basic electrical circuits (24 and 120 volt AC and DC). Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Preferred Qualifications: 2-year degree or higher in electrical or electromechanical technologies. Experience in a food processing environment. Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting. Experience with industrial networks and components. Ability to read and interpret schematics and conduct machine installations. 3-5 years of experience in industrial process controls and networking.
