We're looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead our municipal Water/Wastewater division. This pivotal role involves shaping essential infrastructure and nurturing the next of engineering talent.
In this role, you will:
Lead Project Delivery: Coordinate engineering disciplines and develop project deliverables in a collaborative environment.
Solve Complex Challenges: Provide technical evaluation and assess solutions for water/wastewater clients.
Mentor and Grow Talent: Develop less experienced professionals and build project delivery teams.
Manage Key Projects: Oversee municipal projects like conveyance, sewage collection, stormwater, and water rehabilitation.
Drive Project Success: Negotiate and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Cultivate Client Relationships: Interface with clients, agencies, and sub-consultants to pursue and execute new water/wastewater projects.
Identify New Opportunities: Network with potential clients to create new leads and support firm growth.
We're looking for someone who brings:
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in municipal Water/Wastewater consulting engineering, with a progression in project delivery and business development.
Existing municipal/private client relationships or the ability to develop them.
Motivation to find creative civil engineering solutions.
Exceptional technical and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
qualifications include:
An advanced degree in civil or environmental engineering.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM.
