Lead Full-Stack Developer (Laravel, WordPress, Flutter, APIs) **

Overview

Lead Full-Stack Developer

to architect and build secure, scalable platforms across web and mobile using Laravel, Flutter, and custom WordPress plugin development.

This is a

senior, high-ownership role

at the intersection of systems architecture, custom development, and product strategy. You’ll lead engineering efforts across multiple internal and client-facing platforms—including SaaS applications, secure medical portals, and multi-role dashboards

The ideal candidate is a

system-level thinker

who can move between backend logic, front-end UI, API integrations, and DevOps — with an eye for long-term maintainability, security, and performance.

**What You’ll Build & Manage **

Custom Laravel platforms and SaaS portals

with secure user roles and API integrations

Mobile apps

using Flutter (based on existing web tools and APIs)

Secure backend systems

with encryption, RBAC, and compliance protocols (HIPAA, FCRA)

Efficient cloud infrastructure

on AWS (EC2, RDS, SES, S3, Route 53, IAM)

Responsibilities

Platform Development

· Architect scalable web apps using Laravel, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and REST APIs

· Build structured dashboards and multi-tenant systems

· Develop mobile apps in Flutter from existing backends

· Create and maintain custom WordPress plugins (ACF, CF7, admin tools)

· Integrate 3rd-party APIs (HubSpot, Twilio, Equifax, LexisNexis, etc.)

Systems Engineering

· Optimize infrastructure using AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SES, SNS, IAM)

· Implement secure storage, encryption, and user-based access control

· Design data flow diagrams, test suites, and CI/CD deployment workflows

· Use Git, Laravel Forge/Vapor, and CloudWatch for DevOps

**R &D and Architecture **

· Propose and lead platform migrations or consolidations

· Stay on top of compliance needs, including audit logs and encryption protocols

**Leadership & Collaboration **

· Work closely with leadership to define roadmaps and system goals

· Oversee freelance or part-time developers when needed

· Maintain technical documentation, testing procedures, and best practices

Requirements

· 5+ years in full-stack development with

Laravel

,

Vue/JS

, and

MySQL/PostgreSQL

· 1+ year experience building mobile apps in

Flutter

(or high exposure)

· Deep knowledge of

AWS services

and performance tuning

· Proven experience with

API integration

, secure data handling, and role-based dashboards

· Comfortable architecting complex flows from scratch

· Excellent communication and documentation skills

· Git, CI/CD, and staging/test-first workflow expertise
