Define and document the architecture and technical design of Salesforce implementations, including data models, integration patterns, and custom development. Coordinate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand and document business and functional requirements related to the end-user experience. Design, code, and test, new enterprise-wide applications. Build Salesforce features using declarative options and write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standards. Ensure code quality through code reviews. Analyze and improve the efficiency of various systems and services to create best practice standards for Salesforce developers. Create and execute required test scenarios and plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components. Troubleshoot problems identified by users. Identify design problems and devise usable solutions. Participate in the design and implementation of user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needs. Ensure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver consistent end-user experiences. Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software for companys computing applications.

Full time employment, Monday

Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Applications, or a related field, and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Alternatively, the employer will accept a masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Application, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in each of the following:

Building Salesforce solutions through using code, junction objects, batch jobs, REST APIs and standard declarative options; Customizing Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC); Using DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, GIT, Jenkins, Gearset or CI/CD pipelines; Designing, developing and integrating Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP and Bulk APIs. Utilizing Salesforce SOQL and Salesforce SOSL; Using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder and approval processes, ensuring business logic execution aligns with operation requirements; Performing end to end data migration and data management tasks, including extracting, transforming, and loading data using Salesforce data loader, data import wizard and 3rd party ETL: tools such as MuleSoft or informatica; and Using MuleSoft, SAP and other third-party platforms by designing and implementing secure, scalable and efficient integration solutions using APIs, middleware and data transformation tools.

Must have at least 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Taking business requirements and creating complex salesforce CPQ designs that account for quotes, invoicing, order, pricing, cancelation and additional CPQ core functionalities; and Acting as a mentor and technical coach for development and QA teams by providing guidance on Salesforce best practices.
