Job Functions
Perform analysis on large volumes of complex call center data, medication, diagnosis, and patient information from diverse sources to generate actionable insights aimed at increasing revenue and margin. Design scalable data models and ETLs, and collaborate with developers to create dashboards, reports, and data sources. Design data lakes and build robust pipelines in Azure cloud, utilizing tools such as Azure VMs, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage. Generate reports using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, and employ programming languages including SQL, Python, and R to meet business objectives. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast patient compliance and call recommendations based on device usage and call patterns. Maintain a library of reusable assets, such as scripts and queries in Azure DevOps, to facilitate version control and efficiency. Lead the analysis of current business intelligence, perform data collection and mining, and determine storage and analysis methods related to call center operations involving AVAYA POM. Provide actionable insights for executives and stakeholders to support operational and outreach strategies. Promote BI engineering best practices, including code reviews, standardization, and operational excellence. Identify manual data and business processes for automation using Lean principles and tools like Celonis and Power Automate. Lead projects to improve revenue, profitability, and customer experience by identifying opportunities, scoping initiatives, and presenting findings to senior management. Supervise one Operations Analyst. Remote work may be permitted within a reasonable distance from the worksite. Travel requirements include approximately 10% domestic travel.
