Document Control Specialist

The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $105,000 annually.

Duties And Responsibilities

This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position. Perform tasks required to develop and maintain schedules for the property. Includes resource loading, scheduling maintenances (including PM, upgrades, overhauls), scheduling installation of equipment projects on MOE. Support supervision through preparation and maintenance of forecasts and schedules. Supervise updating of maintenance forecast to reflect most current plans/requirements/changes. Interface with other departments to provide scheduling data for items such as mechanical, quality assurance and control, and safety teams. Data entry Record keeping Prepare contractual compliance reports. Schedule meetings, conference calls and video meetings. Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzogs Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of and ability to select/apply resource monitoring and control techniques such as Critical Path Method (CPM) networks scheduling, computer scheduling techniques, etc. Ability to make quick decisions. Must have excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office products. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service. Ability to operate and execute well in high-paced environment. Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review. Maintain a valid drivers license and endorsements as required per position. Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen. Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.

Work primarily in an office environment. Frequently sits for extended periods of time. Frequently use a computer keyboard and office related equipment. Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping or bending. Must successfully pass color/vision examinations as required by the position. Must be able to hear and distinguish auditory signals as required by the position.
